Awareness is Key
During one session, she confessed that despite her intentions, she never got around to exercising. Relatable, right? Christine thought she wasn't doing enough, but we discovered she was already incorporating "movement bites" into her dayβsmall movements she fit into pockets of time throughout her week.
This awareness changed everything for Christine. She started tracking her movementsβsquats at work, taking the stairs instead of the elevator, parking further from her destination, and performing mobility exercises throughout the day. She realised she was doing more than she thought and found time for even more.
From Awareness to Habit
The first step to change is awarenessβrecognising what you're already doing and how much you're achieving.
Here's a tip: make a note of each movement bite you do throughout the week. It might be squats, a short walk, stretches, or any small movement you can incorporate into your day.
